Belmonte Reset Weekend is three days designed for those who enjoy being active and know that recovery is part of a well-planned effort. Mobility and somatic movement with Karolina Lejkam, trekking in the Beskids, breathwork, sauna, and evening rituals supporting good sleep create a program for those who like to stay active but also approach rest thoughtfully. This weekend is for people who work hard daily, do a lot, and need to truly reset from time to time.

Belmonte Reset Weekend

Led by Karolina Lejkam, personal trainer, Pilates instructor and psychodietitian, the program combines mobility, somatic movement, breathwork and mindful movement.
Morning sessions prepare your body for the day; evening sessions help you unwind after activity. The program prioritizes movement quality, mindfulness and a better body connection over performance.

Trekking in Beskid Sądecki will be an active weekend event.
The route begins with a group warm-up. After returning, participants do breathing exercises and recovery. If possible, the trekking program will be co-prepared with GOPR. The focus is not on kilometers but on experiencing movement, terrain, and nature.

After an active day, it's time to unwind.
The program includes a guided sauna ritual and a breath-movement session to help transition from activity to evening calm.
A quiet hour at Moon SPA & Wellness will close the day. The last hour in the sauna area is reserved for adults only, with carefully selected music and Moon Tea served at the end.

The weekend partner is SLAAP, a brand specializing in a conscious approach to sleep.
Participants will discover their sleep habits through the individual "Your Night Diagnosis" test. Each person will receive recommendations tailored to their needs instead of another generic advice list.
The evening workshop will combine theory with practice: gua sha, eye area acupressure, and applying night cosmetics will create a simple calming ritual before sleep.
Nightstands will also feature evening ritual cards with QR codes linking to SLAAP’s Spotify playlists.

Aura Restaurant

The evening will end with a special menu at Aura Restaurant, based on products containing tryptophan and other ingredients associated with evening relaxation.
The melatonin dinner will become a culinary part of the entire regeneration ritual and one of the program’s most distinctive highlights.
