Belmonte Reset Weekend is three days designed for those who enjoy being active and know that recovery is part of a well-planned effort. Mobility and somatic movement with Karolina Lejkam, trekking in the Beskids, breathwork, sauna, and evening rituals supporting good sleep create a program for those who like to stay active but also approach rest thoughtfully. This weekend is for people who work hard daily, do a lot, and need to truly reset from time to time.
Belmonte Reset Weekend
Aura Restaurant
The evening will end with a special menu at Aura Restaurant, based on products containing tryptophan and other ingredients associated with evening relaxation.
