The routes go through the varied terrain of the Beskid Sądecki and partly the Beskid Niski. Each distance has a different character, ranging from short, more accessible runs to demanding mountain trails with significant elevation changes. Regardless of the chosen distance, the routes have a mountainous character and mainly follow natural trails.
