Pets are most welcome – there’s an extra charge for a pet PLN 120 / hotel day For the Guests arriving with their four-legged friends, there are the following amenities offered: bowls and bowl mats beds in 3 sizes toy door hanger to inform about the pet in the room in front of the hotel, on hot days, a drinking trough for thirsty dogs bags to clean up after your pet No fee is charged for the stay of a guide dog, upon presentation of a certificate confirming the animal's status. Stays with animals are located only on the 4th floor of the hotel. Upon check-in, a card pre-authorization of PLN 300 is required to cover any damage caused by the pet.

The hotel has parking spaces in the underground garage (PLN 70 / day), outsite car parking at the hotel (PLN 40 / day) and outsite car parking 100 m from the hotel (PLN 40 / day). Reservation of ground parking spaces takes place only through the booking department or reception. In the underground garage there are chargers for electric cars. The maximum height of the vehicle in the underground garage should not exceed 2 m.

Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed. Facilities for families: cot with comfortable mattress and colourful bedding bath towel for the baby, bathrobe and slippers bath tub bathroom stool toilet seat cover socket covers bottle warmer (on request) electronic nanny (on request) tent with lighting (extra cost)
