To redeem the voucher you must present it before the treatment.
The Quota Voucher remains valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
A purchased voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
The voucher can be used once or during one stay. If the treatment performed is cheaper than the amount of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable.
